“Closer Than You Think”
I’ve lived in Madrid for over 12 years, and for the first 9 years, I was in the city center. However, each year it became increasingly complicated to stay at the very heart of the city. My first surprise was the introduction of a 200-euro fine for individuals entering the city center with their cars. This affected me greatly, as some of my patients used to come to my private office by appointment in their own vehicles.
The second surprise for me was that the city center had turned into a hub for protests and political issues. Maintaining a peaceful and professional environment became difficult, especially when recording videos and explaining why I was located in the Av. Manzanares area. Let me share the benefits of my new location. I’m just 100 meters away from the Plaza Rio 2 shopping center, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and spending your afternoons. I’m also in a tourist-friendly area, close to the famous Matadero de Madrid and the iconic “Dama de Madrid” statue, which you can capture on your visit to the city. I’ll provide a link for your reference.
My third surprise was the high cost of rentals in Madrid. In my new private office by appointment, which is spacious and comfortable, you can see photos on my Instagram with regular updates. I’d like to mention that visiting my office is very affordable using ride-sharing services like Uber, Cabify, and Bolt. Local taxis, on the other hand, can sometimes be unfair to tourists who don’t speak Spanish.
I appreciate your understanding and want to remind you that coming to my private office by appointment is quite economical, typically less than 8 euros when using ride-sharing apps.
